Protected Customers:
Protected customers are customers who are low volume customers as compare to Non-protected customers. The gas rate and gas charges are low for Protected customers as compare to Non-protected customers.
Non-Protected Customers:
Non-Protected
customers are customers who are high volume customers as compare to protected customers. The gas rate and gas charges are high for Non-Protected customers as compare to Protected customers.

  • Customer Category: Enter your accurate customer category. There are two categories Protected and Non-Protected.
  • Meter Reading: Note your current and previous Meter reading and enter in designated boxes.
  • Estimate Gas Bill: Enter your current and previous meter reading in designated boxes and click on Calculate Bill button. Your estimated Sui Gas bill will display on screen.

The basic formula is:
(Consumed Units × Rate per Unit) + Fixed Charges + Taxes = Total Gas Bill

  • It gives an estimate, not an exact bill.
